Salon Manager: Manages day-to-day operations, Staff scheduling, andCustomer satisfaction. Implements accessibility policiesAnd ensures that staff are trained to Service   clients with disabilities.

Front Desk Coordinator: Handles customers appointments,  customers inquiries, and WALKINS. Assist clients with special needs and ensures a Welcoming Environment.

Senior Stylist: Provide Advance  services such as hair coloring, styling,  cutting.And treatment Services. Mentors junior stylist and ensure high quality service for all clients.

Junior Stylist: Performs basic styling such asColoring in cuts under the supervision of the Silas Burial. senior Stylist.Gain hands on experience in inclusive hair techniques.

Specialty Staff: Stylists who have experience working with Individuals  with disability.Experienced and adaptive tools and techniques for the individual.With mobility challenges.

Massage Therapist: Perform Various massage Techniques such as Swedish and deep tissue. Providing relaxation and pain relief.Giving pressure reliefs to our clients whom are in wheelchairs.

Manicurist: Performing nail care by shaping and cleaning nails .Providing nail enhancements, andManicures and pedicures. .Maintaining a In  sanitaryEnvironmentAssessing the client's needs.   and teach how to maintain Nail care.

Hair Assistant/ Shampoo Technician :  Assist Stylist  with hair washing and prep work, and help with cleanup. Help clients with mobility needs during their Visit.

Marketing/ Social Media Coordinator: Manages online  Presents  and Promotions, in communityEngagements.Highlight the salon's disability friendly services.

Maintenance and Accessibility Coordinator: Ensures that the salon remains Physically Accessible.( ramps, Wheelchair friendly stations, An ETC. ) Maintain equipment An assist with special accommendations.
